For the event, we were looking for something that would leave a lasting impression on the guests. When I first encountered the cocktail pearls, I wasn’t sure what to expect. What would the taste be like? What’s the texture? How should it be consumed? Not only did I get answers to these questions, but I also got a glimpse behind the scenes when I started working with Gergő to figure out which cocktail pearl flavor combinations we should choose for our event with several hundred guests. After multiple rounds of testing and tasting, we came up with the perfect compositions tailored specifically to the concept of the event.
